Now here is a kid who is on the ball. The Ontario Fiberals could take some lessons from this kid.
In an article in The Province newspaper today, the young boy who was bitten by dogs said the owners should be punished and he doesn't blame the dogs.

On Sunday there was a high profile dog attack in Surrey, BC. Here is a link to the story.
Another typical, owner negligent, dogs on the loose in a playground. Typical from the standpoint of 'pit bull' story, media hysteria, naming a non existent breed of dog.

Our very own Selma Mulvey of the DLCC presented to the Mississauga Council regarding owner visitation for animals being held at city animal services. The video is now available at Mississauga Musings.
One week later Mississauga Council voted unanimously in favour of owner visitation.
