		<description>Well we all have seen  the Liberals Micheal Byrant...auther of the Dog Bill in Ontario...live in action...KILLING a cyclist... and getting away with MURDER...So don&#039;t count on this being removed....   I want to move from Ontario.    Only my wife holds me in this sick Province.</description>

		<description>So I&#039;ve heard of a second case, where the &quot;Stunt Driving&quot; charge for merely travelling over 50km or more above the speed limit was ruled unconstitutional because a) there is no defence and b) there&#039;s potential jail time.  Judges have ruled the combination of the two just can&#039;t be allowed to happen in Ontario...  (Uh, yeah... ...And I have this nice bridge for sale...)

Hmmmmm....   Where are these sage judges when it comes to dog-related laws?  For goodness sakes, a dog is a living thing (not just a car), and its life can be taken away if neither it, nor its owner, has done anything wrong at all (other than existing).  At least with the stunt driving charges, the driver was actually breaking the law.  If it weren&#039;t so dire, it would be comical.</description>
